Return Cost
Customer bears return shipping costs.
Return Window
We accept returns within 14 days of the delivery date.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In its original packaging
- Accompanied by proof of purchase
Non-Returnable Items
- Items that have been used, damaged, or altered
- Items without original packaging
- Sale or discounted items
- Personal care and hygiene products (for health and safety reasons)
- Digital or downloadable products
How to Initiate a Return
- Contact us at support@jflifestylestore.com within 14 days of delivery
- Include your order number and reason for return
- Attach photos if the item is damaged or defective
- Wait for return approval and instructions
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or rejection.
If approved, your refund will be processed within 5–7 business days and credited to your original payment method.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Late or Missing Refunds

- Contact your payment provider (processing delays may occur)

Exchanges
We only replace items that are:
- Defective (damaged or not working)
- Incorrect (wrong item sent)
Contact us with order details and photos to request an exchange.
Damaged or Wrong Items
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Include clear photos
- We will resolve the issue with a replacement or refund
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement. After that, orders may already be processed or shipped.
Dropshipping Notice
Return addresses may vary depending on supplier location. We will provide return instructions for each case.
