Order Processing All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed the next business day.
Shipping Times Delivery times vary depending on the product and supplier location:
- Local orders (Ghana): 3-7 business days
- International orders: 7-21 business days
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors outside our control such as customs delays, supplier availability and courier schedules.
Shipping Rates Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and the items ordered.
Multiple Shipments As we work with multiple suppliers, your order may arrive in separate packages at different times. This is completely normal — please don't be alarmed if you receive part of your order before the rest.
Order Tracking Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2-3 business days for tracking information to update.
Customs & Import Duties For international orders, customs fees and import duties may apply depending on your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipping Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by customs, natural disasters, or courier issues beyond our control.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or goes missing, please contact us at info.jflifestyle@gmail.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date and we will resolve it promptly.
